Welcome to Student Ministry at Grace Chapel!
Leading students to discover and own their faith.
- Leading: choosing dialogue instead of monologue, asking questions, and facilitating conversation in the context of meaningful relationships.
- Discover: embracing the journey over “the moment”. A relationship with Jesus is not just one moment in our lives, it’s our whole life.
- Own: celebrating steps over achievement. Faith isn’t something that we achieve, it’s something that grow into over time. It’s the actions we take in response to what we discover.
- Faith: making it theirs instead of ours as they address these four critical questions: Who am I? Where do I fit in? What difference can I make? And Who is God?
At Grace Chapel Student Ministries, we love that we get to spend time with students in grades 6-12. All students are welcome. The answer to “Can I bring a friend to--?” is always yes.
We also want our students to know and experience that life with Jesus is better, and that Jesus makes us enough. We encourage the students in our community to commit to staying curious as they explore life with God, embrace their role in the bigger story as they serve, and set the tone of this community as they build meaningful relationships.
