Description

We are a group of mature Christian brothers and sisters, which span three generations. We are comprised of a core group of 40-60 year olds, a couple of their adult children, and a couple of their senior citizen parents. All of us have regular volunteer roles at GC Lexington. We generally have two Bible study co-leader/facilitators, however from time to time take turns leading mini-studies. Decisions are done democratically. One unique quality is that silliness and very bad humor gets out of hand oftentimes, a result of stress release from the day-to-day grind I'm certain. We're a non-judgmental bunch, offering a safe environment for sharing. We also come together during times of pain and heartache, and we volunteer time and labor to those of us who from time to time experience tough situations.
